So the news of the Sandy Hook shooting has been crazy! I am not sure what the hell is wrong with our society. There's no other place besides the USA where this happens as often as it does here. Yeah other countries do have some shootings and stabbings and serial killers but nothing like what has been seen here in the USA. Gun control is fine, but that's not the problem, we still have people like Timothy McVeigh and Theodore Kaczynski that will cause a huge amount of damage and killing with out a shot fired. The problem is people control, idea control and media control. Not saying we need to just lock down everything. But a small push here and there from the government could get things into a way better position in stopping and eliminating these types of threats. The intrusion people think or talk about with any type of censor ship or big brother idea is that things will get leaked and discovered. Feel that all their secrets will be told or exposed. Well I am sure that so far since Google and Yahoo started their email services that a great many people have sent some type of picture or video or message with something they do not want anyone else to see. But really Google or Yahoo could have been storing all of this information for years, and does anybody really think back of the drunk new years pic they sent out 5 years ago? Or the pic from the hotel room with a view that your whole email list got like some spam caught in your junk folder. I am not sure that every body has noticed but while in Gmail send a naughty email of some type and see the ads show up in your Gmail for the things you where just emailing about. Try any email about anything close to male parts and see the ads show up for Viagra and Levitra, or Extendz or any other type of pills for these problems. Mention tires or auto parts and after a few clicks you will see ads for Firestone and Auto Zone and all the other company's that use Google to advertising. Did you think your emails where private? How do you think those ads got there? Do that many people think its just an ad and its funny that you where just emailing about that subject? So try it for yourself, send out a very specific email about a car part and see the ads that show up in Gmail. Now that you have checked for yourself, where do you think this info is stored? I hope you do not think that the info is useless. Google's been collecting for years all that type of info and they use it to get other companies to pay for advertising. They are one of the biggest ad companies out there and we have been using their services for years!! So now lets look back and check out the emails and searches for the kids that have committed some of the last horrible crimes and see what they where talking about. See what they searched for. when i send my brother an email about getting the tie rods on my civic changed and ads for auto zone and tires plus start showing up, why couldn't it send out an alert when some one is searching for ways to kill, or poison or hide bodies, searching for chemicals to build bombs or drugs? And there's no need for the extra worry about privacy. It would all be done behind the scenes just like it started and has been for awhile now. Our government does not care about the joint you smoked and posted a picture about for new years, or the picture of your self you emailed to some girl. But if you decide to search for bomb making stuff or how to hide a body then by all means that info should go to the police. I download a lot of stuff and visit a lot of crazy sites but I have never searched on how to build a fertilizer bomb or how to modify an assault rifle. And if you do happen to be searching for these things and have some type of valid reasoning on why your searching for these answers then nothing happens. But if your searching for some bs stuff like how to make a pipe bomb and the cops show up and your like "umm" then yes the cops should have a right to search your house for the stuff and maybe take your pc. normal sane people do not search for the crazy stuff you hear gets pulled from the people that do crazy shit!

So the housing market sucks! And now the banks want to make a huge deal of over qualifying. Even the dog needs proof of income for the last 2 years for his bone burrying business!! WTF if the person that is trying to buy the house can afford the mortage payment 3 times over, and has been with same job for 3 years, then why is there a problem? And 3 lines of credit? Why do I have to waste money on credit card payments just to have good credit? I do well enough to afford a nice house but it would take me forever to save up the cash to buy it outright. So of course I need a loan to help me out. I can afford the mortage payments and afford rent still for my other place and the bank says its to risky?

The Long Days Of Summer

Sometimes my super comfortable work chair just isnt comfortable for the day, and i usually end up outside on the phone walking in circles! At least i get some exercise. Havent been posting at all cause of work but i should be doing alot more writing soon!

Unemployment and Dr.'s

What a mess!! Went to the ER in Wausau for my back, of course the Dr. there told me to take off work and asked if i needed a note. Got the note talked to my boss, everything was cool, off for a week with only light duty. So let the paperwork and phone answering begin! Then my Dr. appt. with a surgeon at a private clinic (the ER Dr. set it up) and he says to continue with the pain management (injections into my back) and if they are not working in a few weeks we could talk about surgery. So few weeks a few injections go by and still hurting, and back to the surgeon I go. Lots of paper work, and then got to have a physical before surgery and they schedual that for two weeks later! WTF. said Dr. i am tired of taking pain pills and not sleeping. They brush me off with the fake sympathy Dr.'s are great at and tell me they will call with a surgery date after they get the forms they are gonna send me back. Shit. So now i have been off of work for over two months and I am waiting on an unemployment check. I get a letter from unemployment telling me i need to call because they have some questions and are holding my payments. So have been calling them for a week straight just to get through! Finally get through and they tell me the Dr.'s note says off work completely and nothing about light duty. So calling between my 3 Dr.'s is getting to be a loosing game of have the other Dr. do it and nobody is getting done!
And the waiting game continues...

so just found out the part tha dell replaced on my laptop is the matshita dvd+-r w UJ890. which hasnt been updated since 6/21/2006! what the fuck! whay would dell use a part from 2006 when its 2011? and the parts are only under warranty for 90 days so now its been 140 days since it was fixed so i am screwed! this is some bulllshit and no body at dell even cares! they all just say there is nothing they can do.

Dell inspiron laptop= P.O.S. dell computers in general are a fucking headach. cant understand the tech support, the tech support cant understand you. and the only things tech support say are "sorry for your troubles" but do you think they would do anything! hell no, my laptop has been fucked up since 5 minutes after i took it out of the box. the cd/dvd player/burner didnt work. so called tech support wanted me to pay for extra warranty. i told them i had just bought it and opened the box and its not even 20 mins old. they said they dont cover third party retailers. i told them i bought it brand new from walmart. then i got the phone transfer game so 45 mins later i hung up. i was wanting to import music to my laptop when i found out my problem. so who better to call than the company who is at the top for importing music. Apple. the apple tech guys had my problem fixed in 25 mins and it didnt cost me anything. just lucky my ipod was still under warranty because i dont know if i would have gotten help if it wasnt. so the next dell problem. part of buying the laptop was getting a $100 dell store coupon. as long as you made a purchase over $100 you could take $100 off! and it could be a few items adding up to the $100. i thought great i will go check some things out. so i found a sony bluray player i liked for $160 with free shipping. was thrilled to be getting this bluray player for $60 bucks! so item in stock on the website, placed my order and got the email with all the details. two days later got an email that the item was out of stock and they had cancelled my order. ok so went back to look at the dell site and found a nice speaker system for home computer. went to put in the coupon code and an error came up saying it was invalid. so long story short the coupon is a one time only use so because the bluray player was out of stock i lost out on the $100 coupon. so i called and complained and again they could do nothing. spoke to supervisor who i couldnt understand, had a lisp on top of not speaking english very well. WHAT THE FUCK!!!! so this is the end of any more dell products for my family and myself. will be going with apple products from now on!

count down

January cant come fast enough for me. been waiting almost ten years for it to get here and these last few months/weeks/days just seem to be so slow and draining.
went to a new restaurant today, the food was great, service was fast though the waitress didnt know the prices and seemed to be the only person besides the cook doing anything.
waiting for the droid bionic to get here hopefully on the 9th. have gone through hell with verizon and the original droid. a great phone but verizon's process of refurbing a cell phone suck. i am on my 5th one and have just settled on some things not working right. not even sure if i want to get another motorola phone with verizon. maybe the iphone5 but i will have to see how them both before i hang myself for another 2 years!
been listening to a few new podcasts, and i found a whole new network called "the glory hole radio network" 6 different shows and all are funny! dont think anybody has read a single post of mine yet but who ever does be sure to check out "the jersey jerks show" and "mad scientist party hour" and "the glory hole" these have become my favorite podcasts in ta very short time!
